  • Q :How long should it take for my order to arrive?

A: Please allow up to 9- 24 days for your order to arrive, In VERY rare cases please allow up to 60 days. If it has been any longer send us an email and the support team will take care of you and get you updated on your order.


  • Q: Will I get my money back if a product does not work?
 A: Yes we offer a money back guarantee, which we will refund you the full amount you paid for the product.

  • Q: I'm an international customer and I am not sure how much I'll be charged for a purchase?
 A: UVIO is proud to bring service to customers from all over the world,  however all pricing on the site is converted into the users native currency. The conversion rate would depend on your issuing credit card company being used on the transaction.

  • Q: How do I know my package has been shipped and is on it's way? 
A: Once you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is leaving the warehouse, you will receive another automated email with shipping information. If you have not received any tracking update emails, kindly email us and the support team will get you situated and up to date on your order.
  • Q: I got my order, but an item is missing/defective/not what i ordered. What do I do?
A: Once you receive your order, thoroughly check your delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not what you ordered, you must contact our customer support team within two days of your package being received and let us know. From there we will address the situation.

  • QDo you accept PayPal?
A: Yes, we accept PayPal as a payment option.
  • Q: Are the devices proven to work? 
A: Yes, all our products are fabricated in a NSF/ANSI 55-2019 certified lab. Proven to be 99.9% effective after 10 seconds of exposure. Kindly email our support team and they will be happy to share more info on the lab results.
